Common questions about workforce training
No. Most clients run roughly 60–70% VR and 30–40% desktop. Theory, regulations, and paperwork are better suited to desktop format.
Yes — and they are more important than ever. VR gives them a scored, data-rich tool. They see exactly where each trainee struggled and can focus coaching where it matters.
A structured consultation process is the standard path. At onboarding we provide a works council information package covering data handling, employee rights, voluntary participation protocols, and the legal basis under BetrVG. Most of our German clients have completed consultation within 4–8 weeks.
Most VR scenarios run 15–45 minutes. All are designed to fit within a normal shift rotation.
Failure is the point. Every decision is scored, the AI Learning Assistant explains what went wrong, and the trainee can re-run the scenario immediately.
Existing modules are reviewed annually against their governing regulation. Updates ship within 30 days of any regulatory amendment.
Yes. Custom scenario development is available as an add-on. Timelines and scope depend on the complexity of your SOP.

Significantly less so with current hardware. Quest 3 and Quest 3S headsets use 6DoF tracking and high frame rates that substantially reduce motion discomfort. We design scenarios for stationary or seated use where possible.
Recurrent training is where the platform compounds value. The LMS schedules refreshers automatically, the AI Learning Assistant fills knowledge gaps between sessions, and LMS analytics surface where to focus next.
Training data is stored in GDPR-compliant infrastructure. Client data is isolated per account. We do not share data between clients. On-premise deployment is available for organizations with VS-NfD or equivalent requirements. Contact us for a data processing agreement.
